Due to the nature of the materials used, minor scratches or pressure marks may occur on the product. Please note that minor scratches or pressure marks are not grounds for exchange or return.

Outer cases (such as packaging vinyl, PET, pouches, boxes, etc.) are for shock protection, and minor scratches, dents, or damage may occur during packaging and shipping. Such damage is not a valid reason for exchange.

To accurately verify any defects or missing items, please record a video of the package being opened, starting from the sealed box. (If the opening video does not include the shipping label, we may not be able to process exchanges or claims for missing items.)
