Sunset in Avignon

I was caught up in the sound of the cell phone alarm that I set while leaving yesterday morning. I remember arriving late last night and sitting and lying on the edge of the bed without unpacking. After a long time, I felt like I fell asleep after laughing at the pleasant sleepiness I felt. Anyone who has suffered from prolonged insomnia and headaches knows. How much happiness is being able to fall asleep and open your eyes refreshingly in the morning just by placing your head on the pillow. I couldn't sleep deeply with a lot of work and complicated thoughts all the time. It was a daily routine that I always had a little hazy.

However, last night was a deep and refreshing sleep even if there was fatigue from long driving. It seemed to be because of the relaxing journey to spend in Provence, the fresh air, and the sound of the wind constantly shaking the windows.

He turned back to the window and opened the curtain. The old town of Avignon, seen through moss and stains on old windows, looked like a painting. Perhaps the only pain reliever that will heal my headache and sleeplessness is leaving my daily routine. I thought maybe this headache and insomnia would not go away in my life. Still, I was not upset or sick. When the headaches and sleeplessness disappear from my life, the reason to travel will disappear.
