Shipping Guide

Production for every order begins when the order has been processed.

If you order now, the production process will start from 7/28, and the product will be released before 8/4.

Exchange/Refund guide

All products are made to order and cannot be exchanged/refunded due to a simple change of mind.

However, if the received product is defective or misdelivered, please contact the customer center, e-mail, or 1:1 inquiry within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Orders/Shipping

  • How long does it take to receive my product?

    All products from MarppleShop are made to order, so it takes a certain period of time to receive the product after placing an order. You can check the expected delivery schedule on the product detail page and order history.
  • Where do I check my order status?

    You can check the order status and shipping schedule in Login>My Page>Purchase History.

    Production and shipping go through the following 5 stages.
    You can change or cancel your order only in 'Production Preparation' stage.

    Production preparation: Payment has been completed and the product is in the preparation stage before production.
    Production: The product is in the process of being manufactured, and from this stage on, you cannot cancel/change/refund your order.
    In preparation for delivery: The production is completed and the product is inspected and packaged.
    Shipping: The product you ordered has been shipped out and has been delivered to the courier company, and the tracking number will be sent via text message. From the next day after shipment, you can check the delivery status through invoice number.
    Delivery Completed: Delivery has been completed.
  • Can non-members order a product from MarppleShop too?

    Non-members can also purchase products. Order details will be sent to the e-mail address you enter when you complete your order.
    You can check detailed order information and delivery information through your e-mail order history.
    Existing Marpple members can use MarppleShop with the same ID.
    Please make frequent visits as Marpple members can enjoy many benefits such as point accumulation or events.

Exchange/Refund

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Due to the nature of made-to-order products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. After placing an order, it is possible to change or cancel an order only in the 'Production-ready' state, and it cannot be canceled after the 'Production-in-production' state.
    You can cancel an order by clicking the “Cancel Order” button in Login>My Page>Purchase History>View Details.
  • I've got my package, can I still exchange or refund the product?

    Due to the nature of made-to-order products, exchange/refunds and returns are not possible due to a simple change of mind.
    However, if the received product is defective, exchange/refund and return are possible in accordance with the “Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce”, so please inquire through MarppleShop's email (cs@marppleshop.com).
    Please contact us by attaching two or more photos showing the defective part of the received product to the e-mail.
    It is not possible to exchange for a product other than the product you ordered, and exchange/refund due to product deformation or printing damage due to careless washing is not possible, so please check the washing instructions on the product detail page.
