  • What’s in it for me if I join MarppleShop?

    MarppleShop membership comes with all kinds of perks, rewards, and promotional benefits.
    Users of other services offered by Marpple can sign into MarppleShop with their existing account information.

  • Is there an age limit to sign up?

    Yes, you need to be at least 14 years of age to join MarppleShop.

  • How do I edit my account information?

    Login>My Page: Edit or update your personal information on this page.

  • I forgot my username and/or password.

    Click on “Email & Password” on the login screen to reset your sign-in information.

    It is strongly recommended that you change your temporary password generated by [Forgot your password?] for security reasons.
    After signing in, go to Account and create a new permanent password.

  • How do I close/delete my account?

    Go to My Page and click [Edit Profile / Close My Account] on the menu to close your account permanently.

    Doing so will remove all your data including order history, shopping cart information, and rewards points (coming soon), and you will not be able to restore or recover any of it.

    We’d be sorry to see you go, but MarppleShop will continue to do its best to improve and hopefully you’ll be back!

  • Can I sign up again with the same email address after deleting my account?

    Yes, but you will not be able to access your previous account data
    (order history, shopping cart information, expired rewards points, etc.).

  • How do I get in touch with customer support?

    MarppleShop-related inquiries can be made by:

    • Starting a live chat with our chat support team

  • When can I contact customer support?

    Our service hours are Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
    (We’re not available on weekends and bank holidays.)
