안녕하세요! 저희 샵의 모든 상품은 재고를 쌓아두지 않고, 고객님의 주문과 동시에 제작이 시작되는 1:1 오더메이드(POD) 방식으로 운영됩니다.
제작 및 배송 기간: 주문 완료 후 수령까지 평일 기준 약 7~10일 정도 소요됩니다. (주말/공휴일 제외)
배송사: 우체국택배 또는 CJ대한통운 (마플샵 전담 배송)
배송비: 기본 3,000원 (제주 및 도서산간 지역은 추가 운임 발생)
교환/환불: 주문 제작 상품 특성상 단순 변심으로 인한 취소는 제작 시작 전까지만 가능합니다. 제품 불량이나 오배송의 경우 마플샵 고객센터를 통해 신속하게 처리해 드립니다.

- The lower portion has a 9.6' width and 4.5 height.
Washing method
- Please wash it separately with water.
- Turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
- When using an iron, put the fabric on and iron it.
Precautions for Purchase
- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 5/13, and the goods are to be shipped out before 5/20.

Exchange / Refund
All products delivered by MarppleShop are custom-made based on your order, so exchange/refund due to simple change of mind are not possible. However, if you receive a defective product or if there is a shipping error, you can contact our customer service within 7 days via email, Individual Inquiry, or through our customer center for exchange or refund.
