The signed copies will be randomly delivered as a special gift for fans.

- Be careful of damage caused by strong impact.
- The PHOTOBOOK has 5 different ver. covers but the pages inside are the same.
- Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches, dents and press marks, these are not defects.
- As for paper and printed material(PHOTOBOOK, SELFIE PHOTOCARD, PHOTOBOOTH CUT, POLAROID SET), scratches, dents, press marks less than 5mm are not eligible for exchange or return.
-POLAROID SET is a copy version.

Shipping Info
If you place an order now, it is scheduled to be shipped between 10/11 and 10/18.
If you order together with Mapple Shop's custom-made products, it will be shipped together according to the custom-made product's shipping date.

| Delivery Timeframe | After the product is shipped, it can be received within 1-3 business days. However, in the case of remote or mountainous areas or when the courier service has a high volume of shipments, it may take a little longer. |
Exchange/Refund Info
1. As for custom-made products, refunds/exchanges are not offered for the following reasons

2. If there is a defect with the product, please read the info. below and then contact Marpple Shop 1:1 inquiry section.
3. Refunds are only available for products within 7 days after receiving the item. Also, the products must be sealed and must not be damaged.
4. For refund/exchange of products that have a missing component or a defect, you must provide a video of the first time you opened the product delivery box and also the moment you open all components. The box must show the order number, product barcode. If there is no video, refund/exchange may be difficult.
5. Items returned without prior request and confirmation are not eligible for refund/exchange.
* Return Shipping Fees
- Refunds/exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- For wrong or defective items, the seller is responsible for return shipping fees.
* Cash on delivery is not available for EMS shipments. After 1:1 inquiry and confirmation of return item, send us a copy of your return shipment receipt, we will refund the shipping fee after confirmation.
* Exchange/Return Shipping Fees
- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted.
- Wrong, damaged, or defective Items: The seller is responsible for return shipping fees.

If an under-aged customer orders a product (contract), and his/her legal representative (such as parents) does not approve, they may cancel the order (contract)

How long would it take to receive goods after order?The product is usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the order date. Payments made on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please understand that the delivery schedule may vary depending on the courier's circumstances.

How can I check the order status?You can check the order status and delivery schedule of the product in "My Page" after logging in.

Is it possible for the non-member to order?Non-member can order as well. When placing an order, they will receive the order details via e-mail.
Through the order details via email, they can check order details and delivery information.

May I cancel orders?Order cancellation is possible until the order is in the processing stage.
You can cancel the order by going to "My Page" > "Purchase History" > "View Details" and clicking on the "Cancel Order" button. -
