Yes, customs clearance information is mandatory in the following countries due to stricter customs procedures. (Required entry country is subject to change.)
In these countries, it is difficult to purchase without entering customs clearance information, so please fill it out.
In other countries, purchases can be made without customs information, but we recommend you to fill it out as much as possible to prevent delivery delays and facilitate customs clearance.
