• Due to the embroidery on the flexible product surface, the size of the font can vary even if it's the same size, as it depends on the product's flexibility.
• During the manufacturing process, there might be remnants of thread, miscellaneous particles, or thread clusters that couldn't be removed.
  This is a common occurrence in the production process and is not considered a defect or a reason for return.

Washing Method

• To prevent discoloration and deformation, we recommend dry cleaning.
• This product is prone to deformation through washing. In case of stains, gently hand wash the affected area with lukewarm water (below 30°C) and neutral detergent to avoid shape distortion.
• Avoid using detergents containing bleach, dye, chlorine, or fluorescent brighteners.
• Do not use a dryer as it can cause deformation. After washing, briefly spin-dry and then dry the item in a shaded area.
