The Taeeulju Mantra is a divine cosmic song that allows us to receive the life energy of the universe.
태을주 주문은 우리가 우주의 생기를 받을 수 있게 하는 신성한 우주노래입니다.

The more you chant the mantra, the more your mind becomes clear, and the more your spirituality becomes bright.
태을주를 읽을수록, 마음도 깨끗해지고, 영혼도 밝아집니다.
The Taeeulju Mantra consists of twenty-three characters. Take a quick breath after chanting, “Hoom-chi Hoom-chi Tae-eul-cheon Sang-won-gun,” and then, follow that chanting with “Hoom-ri-chi-ya-do-rae Hoom-ri-ham-ri-sa-pa-ha.”
태을주는 23개의 글자로 되어있습니다. 훔치훔치태을천상원군을 읽은 후 재빨리 한번 숨을 들이쉬고 훔리치야도래훔리함리사파하를 읽습니다.

For meditation attire, wear comfortable clothes that are not too tight.
수행 복장으로는 너무 꽉 끼지 않고 편안한 옷을 입습니다.

If you chant the Taeeulju Mantra after offering a bowl of pure water,
you can receive greater energy than Mantra chanting without the offering of fresh water.
깨끗한 물 한그릇을 떠놓고 태을주를 읽으면 그렇지 않는 것보다 너 큰 기운을 받을 수 있습니다.

Regarding posture, You should sit in a comfortable position, such be a half lotus, cross-legged, kneeling posture, that allows you to do meditation for a long time.
자세에 관해서는 오랫동안 수행하기 위해서 반 연꽃이 있는 것 처럼, 다리를 포개거나 무릎을 끊는 자세로 편하게 앉아야 합니다.

Make sure your back is upright and place your hands comfortably on your legs.
등을 곧게 펴고 손은 다리에 편하게 올려놓습니다.

The most important element of meditation is proper breathing.
수행에 가장 중요한 요소는 알맞은 호흡입니다.

So, let’s practice true breathing.
Inhale deeply through your nose and pause briefly, then exhale completely through your mouth and pause briefly.
그래서 진식호흡을 연습해 보겠습니다.
코를 통해서 숨을 깊게 들이신 다음 짧게 멈춥니다. 그 다음에 입을 통해 숨을 완전히 뱉어내고 잠시 멈춥니다.

When you exhale, let your stomach go in as though you are pulling it inside.
숨을 내뱉을 때는 안에서 당기는 것처럼 배를 들어가게 합니다.

Exhale to the point with a breath is completely empty from the lower tantien.
숨을 내쉴 때 가장 중요한 점은 단전부터 완전히 비워내는 것입니다.

After exhaling naturally, take a deep breath again by pulling into perineal region.
자연스럽게 숨을 내쉰 후에 회음부분에서 끌어당기면서 크게 들이쉽니다.

When you repeat this breathing process, you will experience quiet and stillness.
이 호흡과정을 반복할 때, 고요함을 체험할 것입니다.

자, 이제 싱잉볼과 함께 태을주 주문 수행에 들어가겠습니다.

Next, let us do the dogong or dynamic meditation through which we can receive Heaven and Earth's power of creation- transformation.
다음으로 천지 조화를 받는 도공 수행을 하겠습니다.

Dogong is a dancing meditation which allows us to be one with Heaven and Earth by chanting the Taeeulju Mantra.
도공은 태을주를 읽으면서 천지와 하나되게 하는 춤추는 수행입니다.

Another word for dogong is donggong which means a meditation method involving movements.
도공은 동공이라고도 하며 움직이면서 하는 수행법을 의미한다.

This moving meditation allows us to calm our mind and rid ourselves of distracting thoughts.
이 움직이는 수행은 우리의 마음을 안정시키고 복잡한 생각들을 없애 줍니다.

We can become one with a mantra sound itself.
우리는 주문소리와 하나가 됩니다.

And move our body freely as though we are stretching or dancing by shaking the body.
그리고 몸을 흔들기도 하고 춤추거나 스트레칭하는 것처럼 자연스럽게 몸을 움직입니다.

This meditation helps us to quickly circulate the qi and blood within our body.
동공은 기와 혈액이 우리 몸속에서 빠르게 순환하는 것을 돕습니다.

When you meditate, do not try to be good, do not try to be bad.
수행할 때는 착하려고도 나쁘려고도 하지 마세요.

Forget yourself, forget your very existence.
당신의 존재 자체를 잃어버리세요.

Meditate with the mind being one with Heaven and Earth.
천지와 하나되는 마음으로 수행을 합니다.

When you start meditation, shake your hands up and down while holding your hands together.
수행을 시작할 때 먼저 양손을 맞잡고(깍지끼고) 아래위로 흔듭니다.

Surrender yourself to the flow of qi within your body.
몸 안의 기의 흐름에 몸을 맡기세요.

Focusing on the Dogong music, move your body while chanting the Taeeulju mantra.
도공 음악에 집중하면서 태을주를 읽으며 몸을 움직이세요.
