- 이메일은 "주문 시 요청 사항"에 정확하게 기입 부탁 드립니다.

- 이메일 주소가 확인이 어려운 경우 배송 지연 및 주문이 취소될 수 있습니다.

- 실제 받으시는 제품은 미리 잘라져 있는 투명 배경의 PNG 파일입니다.

- 제품이 잘못 발송 된 경우 작가톡으로 문의 주시면 빠르게 처리해 드리겠습니다.

이메일을 받으신 후에 꼭 다운로드하여 별도 보관 바랍니다.

This product will send a PNG file via email within 2 days of ordering.

Please enter your email address accurately in the "Order Notes" section.

If your email address cannot be confirmed, there may be a delay in delivery or the order may be canceled.

The actual product you will receive is a PNG file with a transparent background that has already been cut.



🧾 ## Exchange and Refund Information ##

Due to the nature of digital products, exchange and refund are not possible after email delivery.

If the product is sent incorrectly, please contact the artist through direct messaging for prompt processing.

Resending due to email loss is not possible. Please download and store the email securely after receiving it.
