에스프레소 레시피
에스프레소 추출의 기본 공식을 하나의 그래픽으로 담아낸 디자인입니다.
도징량과 추출량, 추출 비율부터 분쇄·분배·탬핑·추출 과정, 추출 곡선과 맛의 밸런스까지 커피를 하나의 공식처럼 표현했습니다.
숫자와 그래프, 커피 도구의 일러스트를 조합해 마치 오래된 커피 연구 자료나 실험실의 기술 도면처럼 구성했습니다.
