WHAT IS Korean Gukwa-ppang??? (from Wikipedia)
Gukwa-ppang is baked in a Gukhwa(chrysanthemum)-shaped mold using dough and red bean paste.
The name is derived because the pattern on the bread is similar to the chrysanthemum, and there are two types of baking in a mold with only half a loaf like takoyaki and making it just like bungeoppang. Originally red beans were added mainly, but these days there are also honey, peanuts,
and walnuts.
It is made of polycarbonate, is burst-proof, and is also slim, light, and easy to hold. It is resistant to scratches and fading and offers fancy and clear color expression.
