A warrior story
Kim Min-ja is a soldier of the Shu Dynasty who fought a fierce battle in the border area with Yuan Dynasty not long ago. Now she is at the crossroads of life and death.
Kim Min-ja's fiance, a military doctor, cried and healed her, but she was almost at death's door.
'Where am I?'
In the thick fog, Kim Min-ja was lost in thought. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't remember why she was here. Then, the fog suddenly disappeared and someone appeared. she was standing on the ssireum board.
She smiled and said to Kim Min-ja.
"Come here, let's have a ssireum!"
Kim Min-ja had to wrestle with her in a mess, but she fell down on the sand several times. she said to the gasping Kim Min-ja.
"You may give up, but my warrior. Get up. You can still fight."
Kim Min-ja looked up at her at his words. Her eyes were shining. Kim Min-ja got up with her teeth clenched and attacked her again. How much time has passed.
When Kim Min-ja opened her eyes, she could hear her fiance crying for joy.
Finally, Kim Min-ja came back to life from the crossroads of life and death.
On the ssireum board left alone, the god, Hakawoon, was lost in thought. She said.
"Life is like a ssireum. Your enemy will shove you into the sand again and again. But my warriors, rise again and fight valiantly. Take the victory! That is the blessing I give you."
