3. Notice on the required documents and selection of whether they are prepared
Depending on the selection of reporting type and the selection of the party, the required documents are different, and if they are not prepared, the reporting may not proceed.
①Copyright infringement (regarding the goods that infringed on your copyrighted work and contents)
- Attach the materials proving that your copyrights has been infringed by the creator
- For corporations / group, attach a copy of business registration certificate and corporate registration certificate
- If you are not the representative of the group, a copy of power of attorney with the seal of the group or signature of the representative on it.
② Forgery goods sales (regarding the goods that infringed trademark right / design right)
- Attach the materials proving that your trademark / design rights has been infringed by the creator
- For corporations / group, attach a copy of business registration certificate and corporate registration certificate
- If you are not the representative of the group, a copy of power of attorney with the seal of the group or signature of the representative on it.
③ Breach of internal policy of the Marpple Shop (age limit, operating shops under the name of others)
- Attach the materials that help prove the creator violated the internal policy of the Marpple Shop

4. Identity verification
Identity verification
The reporting service requires identity verification in order to prevent the goods sales and shop’s operation from being indiscriminately held and to check the will of the parties for the reporting process.
The identity verification is available through the mobile phone registered by the same identity.
